I have been travelling around on business all week and a few days ago I stayed over in Manchester. I can really recommend the hotel I stayed at - I never been there before but immediately got upgraded to one of their suites with two bedrooms, two bathroom and one large sitting room. The rooms have a real New Yourker feeling over them.
Another place I can recommend in Manchester for going out eating is "Home Sweet Home". Their burger was delicoius and the place was packed with hip Manchester people on a normal weekday evening.
